Return and Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Return
Merchandise purchased through the DW Merch store may be returned if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
The item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of damage, and with original tags/branding intact.
The item is returned in its original packaging when applicable.
The return request is initiated by contacting our customer-service team (see Section 4).

2. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for standard returns/refunds:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
Custom or special-order items (e.g., personalized apparel, limited-edition gear) unless defective.
Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated).
Items returned past the 30-day return window.

We do not accept returns on DW underwear or socks.

3. Refunds & Refund Method

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and determine it meets eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take up to 14 business days after receipt of the returned goods to process.
Original shipping charges (if any) are not refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
If the item is found to be non-resalable (worn, damaged, missing tags, etc.), we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund.

Return shipping is at the customers expense.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer-service team at contactus@dwcompanies.com or call 763-691-1897 (during business hours) and provide your order number and reason for return. Our team will give further instructions at that time.

5. Exchanges

If you simply need a different size or color, we treat it as a return + new purchase: return your original item according to this policy, and place a new order for the replacement item when ready.
We don’t automatically swap sizes/colors unless part of a formal exchange program we’ve communicated.

6. Defects / Shipping Errors

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the defect or damage.
In such cases, we will cover return shipping and either send you the correct item or issue a full refund (including original shipping) per your preference.

7. Changes & Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your order prior to shipment. If the order has already shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Your continued purchase acknowledges acceptance of the current policy.
